A personal note from Bob Tunnell, Owner of Bimmer Haus: Every once in a while a rare used BMW comes along... one that has been driven rigorously, but pampered since the day it was new... a car you wouldn't mind selling to your best friend. This is THAT car. This beautiful M3 was purchased new in 1998 from Ralph Schomp by a friend of mine and when it came off warranty we took over its maintenance here at Bimmer Haus. When he was ready to sell to buy another new BMW, I recommended it to another good friend and he snapped it up. Aside from continuing the original owner's fastidious maintenance schedule, the second owner made a number of rational and practical performance upgrades (detailed below) and added some stealthy state-of-the-art counter-surveillance electronics.
